At St.Paul's we aim to provide a mixture of service styles to suit most preferences, from the traditional to the more modern. These are as follows:
All Age Worship
This is an informal service with content to appeal to children, but also with plenty for the adults too. Songs are modern, with some traditional hymns as well, all led by a music group. Teaching may vary in style and content. In addition there is usually a contribution from the HOW puppet team and sometimes a drama, or a dvd. Services are usually held on the second Sunday of the month, but see the online diary for exact dates.
Common Worship
This is a more formal service, in modern language, with a sermon, an organ to provide music and a robed choir. Hymns are more traditional in style. Services of this type have CW in brackets in the diary entry.
